Dear Music Parents,
We are in DESPERATE NEED OF CONCESSIONS HELP, PUPPY CHOW AND BAKED GOODS for next week's Supershow. We are hosting multiple area schools, and our show choirs are getting ready to strut their stuff for the first time this season. We appreciate your generous donations. Our concessions stand at Chi-Hi is very popular, so we are looking to have people purchase their dinner/snacks from us rather than going out between shows. ANYTHING YOU CAN OFFER IS APPRECIATED
!In addition, CHI Hi Music will be hosting Singing in Wisconsin the following weekend, on November 9. We are just looking for a few shifts of individuals to set up and serve food for the singers, in our own cafeteria. Look for that sign-up below as well. Once again, thank you for all that you do to support our music students and staff!

Hello Music Families,
We have some delightful Winter Concerts to look forward to this season--and even a little snow to get you in the mood! Please consider helping out by ushering one of the concerts. Ushers primarily have to stuff and hand out programs, and then keep an eye on the door to make sure that people only enter and exit between songs. One usher will actually be posted in the hallway, to monitor the doors from there, but the other 4 will be able to watch the concerts. Follow the sign up link below. As always, thank you so much for all that you do to help our amazing music programs, bringing out the best in all of our kids.
Vice President, CFMA
Attention Chippewa Music Parents:
Thank you to those AMAZING parents who have already signed up to work and to donate food and other items for our Music Along the Chippewa Band Home Show. October 6 is just around the corner, so please consider signing up if you have not already. There are a number of needs yet to be filled, and we especially need workers for the later concessions slots and to work in the hospitality room. We are encouraging choir and orchestra parents to look at working all of these slots so that band parents can watch their kids on the field. Look at your schedule and call a friend! This is a fun way to support all of the outstanding performing groups at Chi Hi, so let’s get this done!
Looking ahead, Music Parents, please mark your calendars for October 20! What is October 20? It is the famous mattress sale coming to our own Chi-Hi. If you or anyone you know may be looking for a mattress, this is your chance to buy a mattress and support your favorite music program at the same time. More information on this to follow on another day.

Chippewa Falls Music Association
CFHS Music Department
Welcome to the beginning of a new music season at Chi-Hi! With the start of school upon us, many exciting opportunities in music await our children. We are so fortunate in our community to have an exceptional music department with excellent directors guiding our young musicians! The Chippewa Falls Music Association, or CFMA, is a booster club for the entire Chi-Hi music department. Composed of parents and music directors, the main purpose of CFMA is to increase the opportunities for our students through our financial support. If you are a parent of a music student at Chi-Hi, you are automatically a member of CFMA. We will be asking for your help at various events throughout the school year. Our main fundraisers include our sponsorship booklet, Marching Band Home Show, Chi-Hi Music's Got Talent Show, and concession stands at music events.
So, how can you help?
If you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to speak to one of the CFMA board members. Here's to a great music year!!
